Garden State Home Loans delivers. Period. I shopped for the best rates and came up with Garden State Loans. I was skeptical at first because lowest rates don't always equate to best service. I was pleasantly surprised at the great service provided. Their reps were available nearly 24/7 to answer questions. They executed and that was what I needed. I provided the necessary documentation and a received my refi loan quickly. Done. I fully recommend this broker for your refi needs.
