I was very impressed with the overall process. The process was very easy from start to finish. They truly accommodate you in every aspect. I definitely recommend Garden State Loans not only because they have great customer service they also have very competitive rates.

Was more than happy with my expierience Garden State Mortgage, and the entire team. I will as pulling money out of a condo unit to help with a down payment on another house. I have been down this road before with my bank of 35 years, and the process became so ridiculous that I gave up. Garden State was quick and professional, and went beyond the call of duty, every step of the way. Will definitely use than again, and refer to anyone in need of a a mortgage.

I worked with Justin and his team and they closed my loan faster than any previous mortgage I ever held. Additionally he and his team were very quick to return calls whenever I had a question. Their customer service was the best and hands down this was the easiest and best mortgage loan experience I have ever had. Highly recommend Justin and his team! A++++

I cannot urge you enough to call Matt Boyce. He made the home buying process easy and as stress free as possible considering you are buying a house. Matt kept saying relax, everything is good and it was. He gives you his personal attention and keeps you updated to make you feel at ease. Before I knew it, we were at settlement and Matt was handing me the keys. Call him, you will be glad you did!!

Garden State Home Loans closed one week ahead of schedule with found me the lowest interest rate. Scott and his team of experts work with me to close all document requests in a timely and professional manner. They went above and beyond.

Great experience from beginning to end. I was extremely hesitant to use an online company for my mortgage but they had the best rates and unbelievable customer service. I was always able to contact them and never had any issues. Do yourself a favor and use this company!! Great rates too!

Amazing experience! We chose Matt as he came came highly recommended by a friend. We knew that when we were ready to buy that Matt and his team will be our obvious choice.
