This was my third loan done through garden state home Loan either thru a refi or new purchase. They really make the process easy doing most everything electronically. Rates were excellent. I have found them to be extremely honest with no surprise fees or expenses. Rates went down before my closing and they adjusted rate at no extra cost

The lender provided all services much faster than expected. It was a better refinancing experience throughout and my loan was processed within 21 days of the application. All of the processing was supported 100% Online along with secured interactions till the closing.

Was not certain of what to expect - when I began looking at refinancing my existing mortgage in August 2017. Got to admit that I was a little skeptical about this whole "internet mortgage" way of doing things but my experience has been nothing but great. While I never spoke with the load officer directly, Jae was my contact person and he did a great job managing the entire process and explaining everything to my satisfaction. Every time I called his number, he answered with my name and was extremely professional. MariaElena was great too with answering the loan processing questions I had.
