Of the four institutions we applied to, Garden State Home Loans offered the best rate by .25%. Max provided great support and assistance through the entire mortgage application process right through settlement. He always answered all of my very detailed questions and concerns in a timely, professional and helpful manner. When our settlement was delayed they extended our lock at no additional cost. I highlly recommend Garden State Home Loans.

I have done 2 refi's using Garden State as well as a new home purchase loan. The process was painless and the communication was excellent. All fees and terms were disclosed and were as promised. I would definitely use this company again

Max kept in touch through out the entire process and retuned my calls very promptly. we closed in three weeks and there were no surprises. I would recommend Max and Garden State Loans to everyone.

Garden State exceeded my expectations and honored my rate and fees despite some initial delays in getting them the information needed for my loan approval. What can I say, I started a loan with a major bank and outcome was I got screwed every possible way (Cap One). I saw Garden state home loans reviews gave them a try and from there one it was a smooth, fast , polite process. My loan originator was Susan, what a pleasure it was talking to Su, every questioned answered, every phone call returned. Never experienced such outstanding service. The people at Garden State were prompt and reliable and always responded to my inquiries immediately. I would recommend them to others seeking mortgages. Though the loan did not close when it was originally supposed to, Garden State did the best to get it done shortly thereafter and took responsibility for extending the loan interest guarantee.

My fiance and I were rushing to close on our house before our wedding (yes, we were crazy to do both in the same month) and Garden State helped us get our loan quickly so that we could close with time to spare!
