Since the beginning of the process , until the end, their recommendations and guidance was there for us and help us navigate thru entire labyrinth of papers and documents requirement. Entire loan process was made easy and the closing was a breeze . Anthony Casa was very professional and he did a fantastic job in helping us setup the closing with in 30 days. I honest ,will recommend you guys to all my friends and relatives.

My Realtor, in Connecticut, tried to talk me out of using an out of state company. She said it would be nothing but trouble. She could not have been more wrong. This company is BBB Accredited with an A+ rating and an excellent record. My representative, Michael and my processor, Heather, were both absolutely fabulous to work with. Michael (Max) Kelly was a true pleasure to work with. He simplified and walked me through the re-finance process. He replied to and answered all my questions in a timely manner by e-mail and phone calls. I still can't believe how fast the whole process took. We closed in 22 days!!! not to mention lowest rates out there , "Big banks can't touch their rates " simply amazing. Best mortgage experience ever. I highly recommend Garden State Home Loans .

After reviewing their competitive rates and positive reviews online, I chose to go with Garden State Home Loans, Inc. We're so happy with our decision. Our realtor had warned us not to use online loan companies, because they don't do what they tell you they will do and you end up paying more. Not true!! Jae Kim promised a very low interest rate and low fees and he took us to the closing in less than 30 days. Jae Kim was always polite and prompt with his callbacks. Team was professional. They all worked together for a terrifically satisfying experience. I give them the highest recommendation.
