I chose Garden State, for my first ever home loan in the United States. I had heard how bad the process can be - so was dreading the worst. However from the outset - Norman, Chris and then Heather were absolutely fantastic - receptive, responsive and worked through some complicated cross-jurisdictional issues to get me to close on time. Sue and Brandi were both fantastic. As a first time home buyer, I thought getting a mortgage would be a stressful ordeal. This was not the case. Sue was extremely attentive and got me a great rate. Brandi processed all my documents quickly. The rates came down after I locked in, and they floated me down without me even asking. Amazing.

When we started our home search, we called various different banks, brokers, credit unions to see who could offer us the best rate. GSL not only offered us THE best rate on the market, but also a smooth transaction and close. We’ve all heard the saying “If it sounds too good to be true it probably is”, not the case here. The entire team at Garden State Home Loans is very efficient and professional. One of my top concerns was responsiveness and ability to close in time. The team (Chris, Lisa and Brandi) did great and beat my expectations. All my questions were addressed in a prompt and courteous manner. And on top of it, I got the best rate possible on the market.
