They are fantastic. I refinanced one house and bought another with them this year. Both times, Scott found me the perfect loan and helped walk me through the process. They also never pressures me like some other lenders have tried. I have been recommending Garden State loans to my friends. Great products and service. What more could you ask for?

I and a co-purchaser bought a home in Somerset in late 2016. We chose to use GSHL based on the many five-star internet reviews the company has garnered. Everyone we worked with, starting with Scott, extending to Chris and, ultimately, to Anthony (the president) was efficient, polite, and completely professional. Chris, especially, went out of his way to answer questions, even responding to email inquiries on some weekends. We just closed on our first home and Garden State home Loans was great from start to finish. Norman Tomasello and Brandi Trotta was very helpful and responded to my emails and phone calls very quickly. I did a lot of shopping around with other brokers and lenders but none of their rates came even close to what I got from Gardens States. The fact that the entire refinance process took less than 20 days is remarkable. The entire staff at Garden State Home Loans was professional and they executed efficiently as if they were closing the loan for themselves. They treated me the way they would like to be treated.

Max and his team were terrific during the whole process. As first time home buyers, naturally, we had a lot of questions. And the team at Garden State Loans were extremely professional and patient in answering those. As a buyer, I was looking for 3 things (in the order of priority) from a lender - 1) Transparency around fees and rate 2) Competitive rates and 3) Responsiveness. My personal experience was 10/10 on all those factors important to me. I would highly recommend Garden State Home loans to anyone.

Beat an offer I had with anther lender, process was absurdly easy and we closed in ~18 days. Even the title agency and my attorney were surprised at how smooth everything went. Great experience.
