I went to another broker before and they only said I qualified for a FHA (and the costs weren't what I wanted) even though they were fantastic work with. So I went back to Garden State Home Loans (worked with them in the past), and I qualified for a conventional mortgage with lender-paid PMI (which works better in my situation). Michael and the entire group was easy to work with and get it done quickly with a minimal amount of paperwork in a normally complex paperwork process. And now I own the home.
Scott was tremendous to work with, he was responsive, knowledgeable and very helpful. We got our loan refinanced on target completion date. We were very pleased.

I recently refinanced a rental property in PA with them, i would use them again, which is the standard of endorsements. They were also my first call when we refinanced in Virginia, but they don't cover that state. Good people, easy to work with, I would recommend them and use them again.
Everything was taken care of for me. I did not have to coordinate anything. And the turn around time from when I decided to refinance and when it was completed was very quick.
