We actually had refinanced the year before with Garden State with Anthony Casa, and the experience was wonderful. We received a call a year later to notify us that the rates had gone down and if we were interested in refying again at no cost. Turns out that we did indeed get a lower rate at no cost, so it was a no brainer to proceed. I also recommended Garden State to my cousin, and he too closed on his loan, and we were given $250 by Garden State for the referral. Garden State Home Loans and Norm Tomasello made our first time home buying experience amazing. The process from beginning to end was very painless. He was very organized and walked us through every step of the way. Even made sure everything that was needed was in timely to get us actually a better interest rate. Excellent service. It was easy to upload requested materials. All questions we had were answered in a friendly, prompt and timely manner. While explanations of fees can be difficult to understand, that is the fault of the industry, and not the lender. Would definitely recommend to anyone and use again.

One suggestion I have is regarding the way in which documents are sent to your company. I would have thought that the documents would have been sent in a more secure way instead of email or fax. Every other aspect was great, very smooth process, right down to the closer coming to our home, love that!

The lender actually cared and were very helpful and accommodating. The process was smooth and seamless and I really felt like they worked miracles for me. I would highly recommend.

Anthony and his team are extremely professional. They are easy to work with and extremely flexible. We've used their company twice and both times our experience has been excellent. They took their time to explain the complicated loan process, broke down our payment and explained everything in details including the fine print. My husband and I highly recommend the Garden State Home Loans.

Susan is the best. She explains everything very clearly and she's always available to answer your questions. She'll also get you the lowest rate you can get in the market. I used Susan when she was with a different lender and I was happy to find her at Garden State. I've referred other people to Susan over the years and those people have called me to tell me how happy they were with Susan. She's honest and straightforward. If you're dealing with a company that can't or won't answer your questions, call Susan.
