They overcame every obstacle and closed my loan fast. When the appraisal came in $25k less than expected, the president of the company Anthony Casa and operations manager Christopher Pell quickly stepped in, created a scenario that worked, and made sure the loan closed on time. As a former operations manager in the mortgage industry with experience in closing difficult loans, I would highly recommend this group of highly efficient and educated professionals to any of my friends and family.
