We just closed on our home and couldn't be happier with the service we received from Garden State. From start to finish Anthony and Christopher were there to to answer any questions or concerns we had. They make you feel like you are their number one priority. I highly recommend Garden State Home Loans! Thanks to Anthony, Lisa, and the Garden State team, who were absolutely great to work with, who were amazingly responsive, and who took time to answer every question. I found Garden State here on Zillow after we ran into an irreconcilable problem with the large bank we were initially trying to work with. Garden State Loans was extremely thorough and timely in handling my refinancing. Everything was very professional and prompt. Each aspect of the refinance was handled without a flaw. I was advised of each step along the way and the online document review process was excellent. They have an excellent business model and I would definitely recommend Garden State loans to any one looking to get a new mortgage or refinance.

Garden State had the lowest fees and the best rate. Norm was quick to answer all of my 1000 questions. We closed on our refi about 20 days from the first time i requested a quote. I have refi'd my loan 4 times already and Garden State was far and away the best experience i have had

From the moment that I was contacted by Susan Colella about refinancing to her follow-up email after our closing, she was always professional, responsive, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Sue made the entire process from submitting documents for approval to scheduling the closing extremely easy. She worked with our busy schedule and was always available to answer and explain any questions or concerns that we had. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends. Susan was great to work with from start to finish. We had a few bumps along the way, but she was able to make our refinance happen and save us a lot of money each month. I was very impressed with Garden State Loans. I've taken out 7 or so mortgages in my lifetime and they have been the best and easiest to work with. I will definitely consider them for future financing. Their responsiveness and helpfulness were among the best I've seen.

Everyone I dealt with at Garden State provided excellent and speedy customer service throughout the entire process. Closed on time, in my home, at my convenience. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
