We are extremely satisfied with our re-finance from Garden State Loans. The terms & closing costs were the best we found available. The response to our initial inquiry was immediate & our loan officer, Lisa Marshall, was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I have refinanced my house twice with them. Both times they have lived up to their words, offered the APR which they promised. It cost me just appraisal fees. Staff is very responsible. I asked them 100 different question and they have replied all time in 24 hours or less. I highly encourage all to consider Garden State for home loan.

It seems that obtaining a VA loan in the Philadelphia area is an exception (not many veteran homebuyers here maybe?), and that finding a lender willing and able to make a jumbo VA loan is even rarer (just try it with your favorite bank, they will look at you like you have two heads!). Of two brokers I found during our initial purchase in 2012, Anthony got the business with a lower rate. I can't say enough good things about Garden State Home Loans. My refinance was fairly straight forward, but I was still amazed at how quickly my loan was ready to close (2 weeks). Lisa, my loan originator, was fantastic. Very easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and I never had to give her a document more than once (an issue I've had when dealing with mortgages in the past). Let me start by saying Garden State did a great job! We initially went with a large bank and after months of jumping through hoops for them we got fed up and contacted Garden State. Anthony, Scott and Lisa at Garden State Loans walked us through the process, it couldn't have been easier. Garden State home loans is very helpful in refinancing my mortage to 15yrs. Anthony Casa and team is very knowledgable and very helpful and they answered all my question throughout the process. The team helped me to close in 2 weeks since i have filled in my loan application. I will defnitely go back to them for any mortage related stuffs. I would strongly recommend Garden State home loans.
