First time refinancing and I never thought that it could be this simple. The whole mortgage process was completed quickly as promised and with ease. The rates were great and competitive. The people were extremely helpful and responsive to all my questions. Everything was very professional and prompt. I was advised of each step along the way and the online document review process was excellent.I highly recommend Garden State Home Loans! Norm did an excellent job in explaining all aspects and timeframe of the loan process. I recently refinanced my mortgage and the process was professional and every step and potential risks were explained. Mitigation plans were developed in advance of every step of the process.The loan team were truly professional and most importantly responsiveness was benchmark.Highly recommend Garden State

Everyone on the team was very easy to work with, responsive and helpful. From the first call until the close, they kept the process moving and kept me informed. The online systems made exchanging documents and information very easy. The numbers were very reasonable and significantly better than the refinance offer from my original lender.

The people at Garden State were extremely responsive and helpful in all areas of our loan application. From beginning to our closing everything aspect was preformed in a efficient and professional manner with followup calls and emails that allowed the process to completion in less then expected time frame. The initial quote we received turned in to the exact numbers that were used at completion and closing was scheduled at our home at our requested time. This was a excellent experience.

Every person we interacted with through the entire process was professional and responsive to our questions. Garden State quoted us the best rate. We were given accurate numbers that didn't change. Scott McNamee was our rep. and he was awesome. We've refinanced a number of times and Garden State has been our most positive experience of them all.

My experience began with the very knowledgeable, helpful, and, honest Susan Colella. She was probably the single most reason I continued with the refinance with Garden State. Then my great experience continued with Victor who came to my home for the closing. Great gentleman.
