I never thought that refinancing my home could be this simple. Terrific team to work with. Great rates, lower price and faster response. Every member is very knowledgable on various mortgage options and process. They were prompt in answering all of my questions via email or phone. My closing ended up some complex steps, however nothing to do with Garden State though. Anthony, Lisa and Brandi were very helpful and worked along with me throughout the closing. They are local to NJ. GardenState's rate is the lowest. The people are very nice and kind. They work all they can to satisfy clients needs. They made a small mistake. However, they did try very hard to correct it.

My experience with GardenState Home Loans (specifically Norm Tomasello) was sheer perfection. Norm lived up to every single promise he made, including a terrific fast turnaround time on my purchase loan. I called GardenStateLoans after another mortgage company I was working with for a long time forced me to shop. I was pleasantly surprised no one tried to sway me into a different program. I closed in just about a month which was awesome. The staff was very responsive to all my questions.

I cannot say enough good things about Garden State Loans!!Our previous mortgage company was pressuring us into taking a loan with PMI, even though we were putting 20% down, because of a low appraisal on the home we were purchasing. This bad company's only solution for us was for us to pay more cash, PMI, or take a Home Equity Loan from them. To make it worse, or realtor was telling us that it would be in bad form to leave this horrible mortgage company because of the work that the broker had put in! I looked up the cheapest current refi rates on Bankrate, and Garden State Loans was top of the list. So I got in touch with them, and they very speedily managed to get me a refi at the promised rate (I did have the requisite FICO score for that rate). Everything went very smoothly.
