Garden State was excellent at providing our financing, answered questions quickly , very responsive , and very thorough, I highly recommend them. Provided the lowest rate for us.

Overall I had a very good experience with Garden State Loans. They got me an incredible offer, well beyond what I ever expected. Anthony Casa was always available and worked incredibly hard for me. Christopher Pell did as well. The salesman, Norm, worked very hard for at first but then became impossible to reach. They'll work very hard for you and get you a great deal, but at times myself and my attorney wished we could have reached them more promptly

Our experience with Garden State was exceptional especially the focus they put into customer service! The process was seamless, questions answered within 24 hours or sooner. None of this waiting days to get responses. We had the pleasure of working with Norman Tomasello a professional and knowledgeable representative. Great experience - highly recommend!

I have refinanced with Garden State Loans on two occasions. On both occasions, the staff we worked with were responsive, professional, and thorough. I have gone through many closings and refinances over the years, and this was by far the easiest experience. In fact, we worked with Norm Tomasello in January, and he reached out to me just a few weeks ago to let us know that rates were down and we could refinance at no cost and save about $150 a month. I have nothing but great things to say about Garden State Home Loans. They explained everything clearly to me and quickly processed paperwork to close in a month. There were no hidden fees which when shopping around that's what I found. Any question I had they were quick to answer. I would look no further if you are planning to refinance.
