After searching for the lowest interest rate for a 15 year refinance loan Garden State Loans came up on our search as the company with the most competitive rate. We still called 2 more brokers/banks, but decided to go with Garden State Loans, since the rate was the lowest and the reviews the best.All it took was a phone call and the process was rolling! Anthony Casa and his team at Garden State were a pleasure to work with. Anthony guided us throughout the entire refi process. After searching and talking with 10 different companies, I called Garden State at 9PM at night and much to my surprise not only did Anthony answer that late at night, he also took time to quote the best priced loan. We appreciated the no nonsense straight forward product and service Garden State provided us.

We had a very good experience. The personnel has been quick, responsive, and responsible. The lone was closed on time in a relatively short term despite the fact that bank's underwriting took longer than expected.

Extremely helpful and responsive, including answering questions on HUD form line items. Refinance happened quickly without any problems. Notary came to my house so signing was easy.

Justin and his team were made my entire refinance experience wonderful. They get me abreast of everything going on every step of the way.
