Everyone at Garden State Loans was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to deal with. They did everything they could to stay on top of every detail throughout the process and updated us regularly. Would recommend to anyone!

Garden State Home Loans are fantastic. I am wary sometimes of companies that have flawless on-line reviews because I get the impression that those reviews are artificial. Well, in this case, I am glad I listened to the reviews and went with GSHL. GSHL was a dream to work with. I dealt primarily with Justin DeJoseph, who was personable, informative and very responsive. I highly recommend.

Our refinance process went relatively smoothly. We closed a little over a month after starting the process so that was very nice. I didn't always receive an answer to my questions right away throughout the process, but my questions were always answered eventually, and I'm assuming I didn't get answers right away because it was when our loan was in underwriting or we were waiting for the results of our home appraisal. I have just accomplished the refinancing process with GSHL. First I would like to thank Michael Pearlman for the great work he has done and to the whole organization of GSHL. I refinanced at a very attractive rate, the fees accompanying the process were clear from the start and did not change an inch (actually have even decreased by few bucks), all was done in a very effective and prompt way, so I am very happy with an outcome and can definitely recommend this group to anyone looking for a dependable mortgage broker. Since 1984 I have owned several homes, each of which were refinanced several times mostly due the drop in interest rates over the years. I have way too much experience with this, and many of the experiences were quite painful. I procrastinated on refinancing my current home partly because I didn't want to deal with what was to follow. Garden State was very competitive with their rates and super responsive. When our appraisal came in much higher than anticipated, we were able to make some last minute changes to accommodate an ongoing construction project. I would highly recommend working with them again.

My wife an I had a more than superb experience dealing with Garden State Loans. Their personal attention, extensive knowledge/experience, customer service quality, and prompt responses to any of our inquiries made the entire process easy and stress free. We have recommended Garden State Loans to our neighbors, and they had closed on their refinance shortly after we did. We will not hesitate to recommend again.
