I was looking for a mortgage for my first home purchase and was recommended Garden State Loans by a colleague.Justin and the team were extremely helpful and responsive, helping me get both a pre-approval and commitment within very short deadlines, and working patiently through the documentation requirements to reach closure.I would certainly recommend this firm.

Justin from Garden State Home Loans is incredible. He is one of the best or probably the best lender I have come across to work with. My home purchase took about 8 months to close from initial signing of the contract to closing. Justin was there for me all along being patient and making sure I close on the house. Here is a snippet of the email of appreciation sent to the manager of the rep who assisted me with the refinancing..."...one of your mortgage loan officers gave me a call as soon as she received my initial request. Right from the first time we spoke she has been very professional and responsive to many of the questions and concerns I had. If ever I had a question, Sue made sure that it was promptly addressed and clarified until she was sure I understood it. You guys gave me a very competitive rate as well..."

I had a very nice experience with GardenStateLoans. Norm was very helpful and all the process completed with in 3 weeks. They have offered a better rate in the market and approved my mortgage with less documentation.

All around easy and seamless experience for our recent refinance. Norm was on top of everything and readily available at any time to answer any and all questions that we had. Extraordinary, Premium ServiceGarden State Home Loans kept me informed and followed through with everything they said.The whole process was surprisingly easy and Anthony Casa walked me through step 1 to closing.Even during THEE day he was there for me and never did I lose confidence in Garden State Home Loans.Thank you for all the help and even the follow up after the closing. The interest rate on our existing mortgage was quite high but the process of refinancing just seemed more trouble than it would be worth.
