Waiter was horrible, had to way him down for service. My food was cold by the time he got to our table. He spent a lot of time socializing and being in the back a lot. Our food was not hot or even warm. For the cost of food it should be at least warm. Also the service needs slit of work.

I debated on writing this review because I don't like to post negatively but it wasn't a good dining experience. We we wildly disappointed in the food. My filet was supposed to be a 6oz steak and it was literally gone in 4 average bites and was only about a half inch thick. I'm convinced they butterflied it and gave someone else the other half. My prime rib was super greasy and had no taste other than grease, inedible. My friends chicken breast was very dry and tough, but she ate part of it because she was so hungry. Very disappointed in the quality of food here and will not be back.

Steaks was not cooked right! Had to send them back along with the lobsters tail 2nd try the cooks got it right the sever was great and all the staff cooks need more training! For 300 dollars meal we had way to many issues with our meal!

Had 6:30 reservations. Was not seated until 45 minutes later. Carlos the very nice hostess did give us a heads up that they were running behind and to be patient. He apologized several times. No problem, things happen. Izzy our waitress took our drink orders as soon as we were seated. About 10 minutes later I noticed I had lipstick on my glass. Izzy fixed the issue right away. Food was just ordinary. Steak was overcooked and baked potato tasted like it was several days old. The service was extremely slow. Not just our server but at every table around us. Our server did not bring us anything to drink until she brought the salads. From the time we sat down it was at least 20 minutes before we received any water. They only take reservations even though there were at least 6-8 empty tables around us the entire time we were there. Do not make reservations to come here. Horrible service. We waited 20 minutes once seated for someone to come over rushed and very short. I requested to know the kitchen time to see how long it would take for our food-1hr wait for food after we waited way past our reservation time-we walked out. Not to mention half of their tables were empty and the room seemed on edge and everyone seemed to be waiting on something. Will never come back.

My friend and I had filet steak dinner, our reservation was for 8:30 and we finally got our food about 9:45, unacceptable long time. The steak was good, my friends baked potato was not hot, lukewarm, had to send back to microwave and came back with the sour cream hot, not the potato. My steak fries was basically a baked potato opened with cheese and bacon on top, was ok, a bit greasy. Very expensive, for both almost a hundred dollars, will not come back to this one.
