We had high hopes as this was a recommended spot by friends. The bread was underbaked with pockets of salt, and huge chunks of garlic. The app was the Korean meatballs, dry and burnt. My steak Oscar had a broken hollandaise, and a ton of shell in the crab. My husbands ribeye was 50/50 fat to meat ratio. Steaks lacked basic seasoning aka salt and pepper.
Food was excellent and our service was good but the kitchen was very slow we were over an hour waiting for our dinner
Not very crowded as we were 15 minutes early and were seated right away. Service was off from previous visits as was the food quality. Our dinner was basically room temperature as I believe it had set for awhile before we were served. Meal took cover an hour and 15 minutes due to server evidently having to deal with more tables than she could handle. Overall not the experience we have had in the past. This was a special occasion so I had wished for a better overall experience.

Short on waitress staff. One waitress had to wait on a lot of tables. Not first class service not of her fault. Management problem. Long wait time to get tea refills after food arrived, Had to ask for desert menu. Did not ask if we wanted to order desert. Food was Ok. Way overpriced food. The seafood dishes we had tasted like they were frozen and the steak was so salty it was hard to eat. We tried dessert hoping it would be better but it also tasted freezer burned. After a $280 bill we were beyond disappointed in the food they served. We will not be going back
Food was cold and under cooked. Didn't quite seem worth the price.
Had a concert that started at 8. So, we made reservations for 5:45. We first ordered an appetizer which was about to be given to the table next to us. After waiting for about 30+ minutes, our dinner came out, but it was actually given to the table that was next to us. As our server figured out the problem, they removed our food from the table next to us, put it back on the tray and proceeded to give it to us after the table next to us had already touched it. Very disappointed! Prime rib was acceptable….sides were cold. Excellent wait person was the only saving grace.
