This was our second dinner with Garrison Oak and we were looking forward to another excellent experience. Sadly, the night did not go as well as we had hoped. The music being droned out from the adjacent bar overpowered all conversation and caused the other patrons to all speak at loud level. This obviously caused the entire atmosphere to be even louder ruining any ambiance. The pork chop was so dry I literally had to wash it down with water and wine to keep from choking and suffering dehydration. Although I will not go so f... read more

It started off nice. Not enough bar tenders. We wait les 20 mins for drink at our table. My moms lobster was raw. For high end it lacked luster. Food took 45 mins to come out. Ordered a 2nd drink another 20 mins. Needless to say mom ate alone because they had to recook a lobster only gave 10.00 off bill. Poor customer service for 278.00 dinner

I will never order your seafood platter for 2 again. It was very expensive for the mess that it created. The lobster was very good and I suppose that's what drove up the cost. But the crab legs were totally inappropriate for a fine dining experience. Two of us (women) could not crack the crab legs so we asked if they could be taken back to the kitchen to crack for us. The server was very eager to please us so she said she would do it for us. She proceeded to crack them at our table and had a tremendous amount of difficulty h... read more

Waiter took 20 minutes just to come say hi. 30 minutes to bring water. Another 40-50 minutes to bring our alcoholic beverages. And about an hour to hour in a half to get our food. It was absolutely awful and slow. Was not worth the $130 bill. I’ll never be back.

We went online to Open Table and viewed the menu, which included lamb, and so that’s what my wife had her heart set on. When we were first seated, they tried to put us at a very little table. We said it was too small, could we please have a booth. They said we didn’t request it online. We didn’t see you had to. Luckily, our server was trying to help us. We explained that given we order appetizers, salads, bread, drinks and entrees, it would never fit. She rounded up a 2nd table for the side. We ordered and learned they didn’... read more

It was a complete disaster! We were there on a Saturday night and the restaurant was less than half full and staffed adequately. We were sat by an extremely friendly gentleman and it was downhill from there. After we sat for 15 minutes the host brought us a basket of bread and we then sat for another 10 minutes when he brought us water. It was then mentioned that the server had forgotten us. After a few more minutes she finally came by to take our drink order but we also ordered our food because we had sat for so long we kne... read more

it took the server a long time to come for our drink order and get the knife and fork to use with our meal. My wife had to eat her meal cold. To make moms feel special maybe you should give each mom a red rose when they sit down for the brunch. The cost of the meal was a little high for the amount of food you have.
