This was my second visit. First time the food was amazing! This time the food was a bit salty. Overall, the ambience was nice.

Waitress was fantastic, great and kind service. Steaks were mediocre at best; not high quality, tough and chewy. Flavor not great. Sides were mediocre as well (Brussel sprouts, potatoes etc).
Seated and waited an hour and 10 minutes after order placed. No food. We left Carlos is awesome he came out on the floor to apologize for the poor service said I would be getting a call. I look forward to that. 9312249252 I’m pressing no on recommending to a friend based on last nights experience

The steaks were overcooked, the prices are too much, the onion soup had no onions and too much cheese, the coffee was not even hot enough to melt my sugar. Should have went to Madisonville to Green Steakhouse for awesome food and great prices. It is too sad that the waitress had to apologize for the food not only to us but to other tables. And to wait for 55 minutes on a med/rare steak is nuts.
Food wasn’t good. Took 50 min to get after ordering. Sweet tea is instant not brewed. Ceaser salad tasted extremely fishy. Calamari was horrible
Had a 6:30 reservation arrived few minutes early no maitre d’ at the front for around 10 minutes. We were told to have a seat and we will call you. Waited in a busy bar area and we were seated about 10 minutes later. There were very few customers seated and I wonder why we had to wait twice before begin seated. Bad start to our meal. My porter house was tough as leather and my wife’s food was bland. The server seemed distracted and not paying attention to our table. My food was delivered without a steak knife and I waited for over 5 minutes for one to be delivered. Our server never came to check on quality of food and the floor manager never did either even when I had to ask her for a steak knife; the floor manager totally avoided us after I had to ask for the knife. We have been to Garrison Oak on multiple occasions, this time was disappointing. We were seated on time with our reservation and ordered within ten minutes. Then we waited over 40 minutes before deciding to leave due to lack of service. The manager stated the executive chief was slow and behind even though it was not busy. Multiple tables complained to the manager for the same reason. Food lacked seasoning completely. Service was subpar at best. Apps were brought out with main course. Way over priced for quality.
