This restaurant fell below even our lowest standards. The only redeeming quality was our waitress who tried her best to make everything right. This is advertised as a higher end steakhouse but it doesn't even beat Applebee's. My husband received his steak cold. He asked for A1 and was told they were out. Every steak at our table was not cooked as ordered and the servings were incredibly small for what the price was. We asked for a manager regarding the A1 issue. The manager proceeded to tell us their steaks were so good we d... read more

No enforcement of dress code made us very over dressed with people wearing jeans, hats, flip flops, t shirts, and jerseys...while we were dressed business casual as dictated. Crab cakes lacked flavor and felt premade, soup was cold-luke warm, mahi mahi was CAKED in butter as all the vegetables, steak had NO flavor and was undercooked, alcoholic drinks tasted off (coke and rum) and had VERY little alcohol in it...basically $8 for a soda. The cooks were loud and distracting, the floor manager was very inattentive and despite m... read more

I had raved to everyone about how great the food and service was after having dinner in May w my sister. Our 6/27/21 experience was truly horrible. We drove over an hour from Nashville which has an abundance of Great restaurants to oak grove. The restaurant was not crowded at all, it took about 10 minutes for our waitress to arrive. I ordered the crab lobster cake (which was awesome last visit) this time the 2 cakes were full of crab shell pieces. 2 guests ordered the feature streak tips in a mushroom gravy… both orders came... read more

Such a disappointment. The service was slow and inconsistent. The steaks and fish were overcooked. The potatoes were not cooked enough and not warm enough to melt the butter. The bathroom was not clean. Not at all what we expected for the expensive price tag. We would have had a better steak at Applebee's. The reservation greeter was the best part of the whole experience.

Unfortunately our experience was not that great. We were pretty disappointed that we wasted so much money and didn’t have an enjoyable dinner for our anniversary. Ordered the seafood tower. They were out of clams, which was fine, so we substituted it with more oysters. The oysters that came out were rancid and gritty. Even the waiter that came out later to pick up the tray mention that they did not smell good. With as bad as they smelled, they definitely should’ve never left the kitchen. The rest of the seafood was ok so we ... read more
