Food was brought out right after salads were brought out which meant they were brought back to the kitchen to sit. Prime rib was chewy and not medium rare as ordered. Could hardly eat it. Strip steak was well done when ordered medium rare. Prices were what a high end steak house charged but was not close to that quality. The steak was eaten as is because we didn't want to wait for it to be redone. They gave us a 10 percent discount which was nothing. No decaf coffee available. No herbal tea. Very disappointed.

Chicken piccata pasta was terrible. Chicken tasted like out of a can and all you could taste was lemon flavor. Wouldn’t recommend to get it. Steak was great

The food was great...once we got it. It was a good 45 minutes before we got our food, with a reservation. The sides were supposed to be shareable, but they definitely were not. $9 for a side of mashed potatoes & I divided it up into a portion size & it was 2 very small portions (1/2 cup each). I do not eat much & always divide my food into 2, but I ate every bit of mine. We both ordered filet mignon-my husband ordered med rare & I ordered med well. His came out looking like filet. I have ordered prime rib twice at this venue, and both times the steak was terrible. I wrote the first time off as a fluke ( medium rare), but the second time (rare) there was no difference in the steaks. The coloring and texture are just off. Two other people in my party ordered different steaks and pronounced them “good”. The salads and sides are very good. The lava cake dessert is great. They always seem to be operating short staffed. Pls bring back the old piccata recipe. Def with rice as well. Noodles is def not anywhere as delicious! They are just box noodles- which brings down the dish. The flavor is suffering with the new recipe. Piccata is my all time favorite dish. I’d actually say that Garrison Oak HAD the best in town. The new recipe and over noodles - epic fail. I will not order this again. Lobster was good. Megan was good. Carleah was exceptional! Rhonda is exceptional….always
Waited over 1 hour and 20 minutes for food and then after waiting my food was wrong. The waitress was very nice but the reasoning behind the long wait was cooks called out. To me that’s not far for my first experience due to the volume of the business and location, you should be ready for call outs.

We arrived at 8:40 for an 8:45 reservation! We were told that the 8:15 had still not been seated and they had also 3 other parties to seat before us. We waited as we were hungry. It seemed like many parties were departing. We were seated at 9:10. We did not receive a booth as we requested in our reservation. The food presentation was blob. The carrots were hard and not fully cooked. The waitress stated no decalf coffee which for a fancy restaurant not right. My req coffee was served only 1/2 full. The waitress never ask if I wanted more. Also never ask if wanted another drink after I finish my other one.
