We waited an hour and a half for food and drinks were few and far between. Saw our waitress 3 times in the 2 hours we were there. It was terrible. The food was decent but definitely not worth the price. Kayne Prime prices for Texas Roadhouse food. I’ll stick to the food court food and Nashville for fine dining. The entertainment in the lounge area was really good though
We set at the table for about 15 minutes before wait staff took any orders, then almost another 90 minutes before the steaks cooked at the wrong temperature arrived. They offered to give us a free dessert, but then didn’t show back up. Finally I asked for the check. An expensive lesson learned.
The service was slow… one example: took 15-20 minutes just to get water. It took nearly2 hours from start to finish, with very few customers. For the price of a steak, I would think it was be the best thing ever, Not so much. Lacking flavor & a very fatty piece of meat. The pork chops were blan also. Not worth the value. Loved the intimate setting..

3 guests, gentleman's 82nd birthday. Restaurant was chosen based on ratings, but nowhere is it mentioned that the restaurant is a part of casino. This was misleading due to omission of details. The meal quality was decent but not equal value to the cost. steaks were full of fat and gristle no one enjoyed their food out of 5 adults I bought everyones meal and I was embarrassed with food quality
It’s ok. It is an attempt at being a fancy steak house. But is over priced and not that good. The staff was friendly but when you pay $40 for a filet that is not that great and have to pay $8 a side as none are included is a bit pretentious for something less than the cost. I’d say go if it’s free or discounted, but otherwise hop in the car and drive a few miles to get something better and more affordable.
It was three of us we all order steak 🥩 and had to send it back 3 times and everytime it was the same steak and server would bring it back the same way our food was served cold the only thing we got hit was our potatoes very bad experience especially for the prices 46 dollars for a steak so yeah I want it to come out correct
Did not have the fillet, you in were out at 7:30 pm. We both ordered the Porterhouse, which was the fattiest steak we have ever had.
