I had eaten there once before and the food was good. We had a concert to go to at the hotel so we decided to eat there again. It was very crowded, but fortunately we didn’t wait longer than 15 minutes with a reservation. We ordered a soup to share before the main course. I asked for two spoons. I had to ask twice. We went there for our anniversary. We werew seated about 15 minutes after our reserved time. It took us about an hour to finally get or food. The food okay but the collard greens were soaked in vinegar and not worth the price.
The prime rib tasted like it was soaked in water! No flavor, not even a beef flavor. Blah! From the hostess and his flat mumbled speech and facial expressions. To the server taking over 10 mins to visit our table, to the server never checking on us. The salad was not correct. The meat was horrible. Drinks we couldn’t get another (bar drinks : FINALLY got a second drink glass of wine and bottle of beer). Bread rolls tasted like Arby’s rolls/bread. Blah Not great service or food. Won’t be back

The hostess was very courteous and friendly. Our waitress was exceptional! But the food was absolutely awful. Third time visiting and the food actually got worse which I didn't think could happen. My crab cakes were soggy and tasteless. My overloaded baked potato was all potato and no overload! Signicant others shrimp cocktail was fair with weirdly chunky cocktail sauce. I don't think I'll try for a fourth visit. Not worth the $$ or my time.

Steak was over cooked extremely salty and no sauce, as said on the menu. Ordered asparagus and got Brussels sprouts. Food was warm at the best. Very Very Extremely disappointing!!!!

The service was horrible. Our server may have checked on us once or twice. The steaks were overcooked and extremely salty. My cocktail was not what I ordered. Obviously they don’t know how to make a French 75. My experience was poor and will not return.

Ambiance was very nice, can’t say the same about the food. I ordered the smoked brisket bolognese. The brisket was so dry it was like beef jerky. My friend ordered the steak, had to send back, because it was medium rare, instead of medium well. Very expensive for the errors.

Had reservations -- the beginning of the meal went well but was declining quickly with a forgetful wait staff. The food also took almost an hour after ordering to get to our table. We had asked for drink refills a handful of times and never got them.
