Was in town for an event and had a mani/pedi scheduled here yesterday. Very disappointed with this pricey service. First impression was not good. Waited almost 10 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to check me in. The massage was less about 5 mins total for hands and feet. My heels, which were only slightly dry before the service are now cracking from whatever they did. 5 stars for Jae who is the absolute best stylist! He really is worth the pain of the unprofessional set up. 0 stars for the call center and accounting. They called me up 4 months later to tell me I have an outstanding balance. Not true, my bank account shows paid. I would recommend giving a fake name and using cash to avoid getting scammed and access to your bank account!

On my second visit to this salon on May 17, Jackson, again, did a wonderful job! Absolutely no complaints as far as the service I received from her! I still highly recommend Jackson as a stylist!! My complaint is with the girl that checked me out after my appointment. First of all there was confusion as I had put my purse on the coat check hanger at the start of my appointment so when I asked for it back at the end, she condescendingly told me that it was against policy to check purses as it was a liability issue. Worst customer service. I stopped in looking for Olaplex #3 which I know is available for retail sale. I didn't see it on the shelves, so I thought I would ask the girl at the front desk. Her response to me was extremely rude. She was speaking to me as if I was stupid. Told me it was only available if I was licensed and to look it up. I typically go with my best friend to the Puyallup GJ for services, but we had planned to do some shopping at the Tacoma Mall, so I thought we'd go to Tacoma this time. I have been coming here for a few years now. For Christmas I gave my daughter a gift card to Gene Juarez. She is always using the home box dyes and I wanted to treat her to a nice salon. My daughter came home with the most gorgeous color but unfortunately it has now been ten days and the color has completely come out of her hair. I asked her if she was given any instructions to keep her color and she said all the stylist said was not to use Pantene. !!Warning!! Before you get any types of services done by this establishment, be sure to "inquire" about prices. I'm very disappointed with the price for a simple haircut. "Jim" cut my hair he didn't do anything special but cut a few inches off my hair. They ended up charging me $85 dollars for a simple haircut that I could've literally done by myself. First of all, I'd like to let it be known that I've gotten my eyebrows waxed multiple times-- however, ever since I was introduced to eyebrow threading it has been my first preference. That being said, out of all the times I'd gotten my eyebrows waxed the only problem has always been the aesthetician not delivering what I asked for (ie.
