I came for a facial, nails, and haircut. The facial was okay. I was asked if I wanted to try the new facial they had that sucks out your blackheads. Interested, I said sure but the price is literally three times the facial I signed up for and I didn't find that the results were that great. When I clear my blackheads, I often see small holes in my nose from the cleared areas. Nothing. The manicure was okay. She did a good job. The haircut is definitely worth it. Apparently my cut was good as the teachers and my stylist, Logan loved the cut. However I did not and no one asked my opinion. The only reason I am writing this is I believe you have a good future in hair styling but I would strongly recommend you listen to the client and not your preconceived ideas. I asked you to keep my bangs long, you cut them short, I asked you to layer my hair and asked again when are you going to layer my hair, you said after I air-dry it. You never layered it. I decided to try the eyelash extensions since I go to Tacoma location for my nails and waxing and very pleased with that. But, was very dissatisfied with my lash service.I really look at them after got home they were sparse looking and now after exactly 14days they have fallen out a lot. Left side almost nothing.I will not be back next time will just wait for my regular person at totally different salon whom I have scheduled with. I do not recommend eyelash extensions from Faith. Very poor customer service. Like most salons, they have a 48 hour cancellation policy, however they canceled my appointment on me less than 24 hours in advance. All seemed well when they were trying to get me in with another hairstylist the day of my original appointment, however then they told me that I would be paying extra for the replacement stylist! What kind of customer service is that?! When you cancel on a client, you don't charge them more when it was the Salon's fault, you just try to make it right by the client. W... read more

I called at 7:30 and asked for a recall before 9, yet no one called me back. I was second in the line then first, but no one answered. Crappy customer service.

I truly want to give them a one star.. But I love my colorist Marsha and Hair Stylist Kristin... I booked an appointment over a month ago with my usual ladies. Received a call today that they need to put me with someone else or move my date. I am going out of town and didn't have any other options. So once I spoke to Carmen the Supervisor she the explained to me more that this class is mandatory and Marsha wouldn't be available. My daughter made an appointment three days shy of a month out. They called an HOUR before her appointment to say that they did not have enough time scheduled to do her balayage but they could do a partial? She needs a full balayage so that would not work. They offered a time the next day but she was working and leaving for college two days later. Hence, why she made this appointment almost a moth prior. Came for balayage. They said full foil will be better , Came out with the same color and shade that I cane with. So disappointed. Paid 300$ for nothing. Please go to other places

Sooo disappointed... my daughter with really curly hair scheduled an appointment here because they were advertising for their "curl specialist". Her appointment ended up being 30 mins, they washed, brushed her hair (You don't brush curly hair!!!!!) and cut an inch off. Then they put her under the perm dryer for a few minutes and put some oil in her hair all for $85. Didn't want to say anything when she came out as her hair really didn't look any different.
