Great dealership I purchased a 2014 Ford Escape SE 4w drive. GREAT SERVICE, always on the ball! It was a fantastic experience as always. I have NEVER had a bad experience. Every time I have brought the car in for service, the car is done when they say it will be done and have always taken the time to look for possible safety issues to keep me safe on the road. 200,000 miles 200,000 miles I brought my 2002 Mercury Mountaineer into George Wall Lincoln Mercury in May of 2013, I wanted to know if it was safe to drive, I am in outside sales and drive a great deal. The car had 192K miles on it and was showing its age. The diagnostic tests and inspection of the vehicle revealed many areas of concern which were discussed with me by the service tech. 200,000 miles attained, thanks Service Dept My 2002 Mountaineer just passed 200,000 miles much to the efforts of George Wall Service department and particularly Jeff Wall and Bill McVitty. I brought the car in to check some items that concerned me and Bill McVitty and the service department worked with me to fix some issues that were detected. Exceptional Most times these review boards are used to complain, not me though. I brought my Mountaineer in to have service done because of a concern I had with the front end making a popping sound when I made hard turns. After several days, during which I was afforded a loaner car, the repairs were "completed" and I went to pick up the car.
