My experience at Germain Nissan was great! I submitted an online inquiry on an Altima and was promptly contacted via email with a GREAT offer. I got my final price within minutes. After the purchase, I noticed a slight issue with my paperwork. They offered to walk through the documents with me, and we found the issue and they corrected it on the spot. Every person was very honest and respectful. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone!

Definitely one of the best experiences you can have with car shopping. They are straight-forward, fast, and give you a great deal. Customer service is top-notch. The service that i received from Mike Banton was exceptional. He is a wonderful person with such a pleasant smile and friendly spirit. When i had my 2011 Rogue, he would call often to see how things were going and if i needed anything. It is salesman like him with his personality that made me call back to lease a 2014 Rogue. Keep up the good work Mike, he is the best!!!!!!

As I walked in I was Nathan greeted me in a very friendly way, I felt quite welcome and right away we were able to get into the car I was interested in and we went on a great test drive. During the drive the car handled well, drove adequately, and I immediately became interested in the car. Afterwards Nathan was helpful in setting up our payment.

I wanted to let you know about a fantastic experience I had with your dealership service department. More specifically With Greg West. My Daughter Erin is a sophomore at OSU and we bought her a 2013 Altima this year. As she was driving 2 weeks ago Friday her car went through a pot hole and immediately began losing air.
