He was friendly, offered me coffee several times, was able to negotiate on the price of my trade-in, and I'm happy with my purchase.

I have been visiting Germain Nissan for a few years, just for maintenance to my Altima. While in the waiting room, Michael Banton has always been extremely friendly and welcoming with all guests. Matt Wilhelm was our sales person. Honest guy and we had a great customer service experience. He surely gave us thoughtful recommendations. The wait time for the paperwork was around 5 hours which I felt was a lot.

I saw a car on Cars.com and wanted to have visual look before making decision. I have already had a pre-approval loan with my bankers as well as selected a car at a different dealership. I think that Matt that did a good job executing the sale of my car. He was very knowledgeable and accomodating. I do wish that he would have been more open to negotiating the price of the car. I was given many common responses used car salesmen use when not willing to consider negotiating. I did in the end, buy the car, but the reality is I would have felt much better about my purchase if he would have been willing to negoiate, even just a little. Thank you!

Had a great overall car buying experience at this dealership. I had never owned a Nissan, but ended up walking out of the lot with a price I could feel good about, and an incredible feature-rich '13 Maxima to float down the road. Matt made it easy to understand the perfect fit at the perfect price, and with a very friendly, hassle-free, straightforward approach. You would do yourself a big disservice by not coming here if you were looking at Nissans. Thank you Matt!

The sales rep worked with me quickly and gave me the price i told him i could afford. The only thing bad i have to say about the dealership itself is i do not like all the surverys being emailed to me nor do i like phone calls asking how i am doing. It's o.k. for maybe one survey and one call but you guys go overboard with the surveys.
