I had an excellent experience at Germain Nissan and working with Matt. The process was laid back and low pressure. This was my first car purchase and I'd say it went extremely smooth. Every employee I came in contact with was very friendly. I would come back to Germain Nissan.

I have been a Honda owner for over 16 years and wanted to just "look at" another brand. I loved the new body style of the 14' Nissan Altima so I went to Germain Nissan to browse at a few cars. Mr. Michael Banton was, lucky for me, assisting someone else but was more than happy to help me as well. He let me look without hovering, but seemed to be at my beck and call when I needed him. I looked at so many dealerships in the area, and obviously this one stood out since I bought my new car here. I was looking to trade in my used car which had been nothing but trouble. I knew I would have negative equity on it so was unsure that I would even get approved for financing. Josh was super helpful and helped me select the 2014 Nissan Versa which I had researched online. My appointment was bright and early on a Saturday. The team was ready for me when I walked in. I already knew which vehicle I wanted. I test drove right away, and when I said I was ready to move forward with the purchase, they didn't try to sell another, higher-priced vehicle. The purchasing process was fast as well as informative. Also, the customer service was great. Matt was engaged and was concerned about my needs. Overall, a wonderful experience. I'll definitely return.

I was totally blown away by the high level of professionalism and customer service I received at Germain Nissan yesterday - not just from my awesome sales person, Jeremy Ross, but by every member of the Germain Nissan family.
