Germain Nissan is wonderful! This is my third lease from them. My salesperson was Dana Schlezinger Guerra and she was amazing! She really listens to her client and helps get exactly what you need. My husband and I went in to test drive the new Nissan Sentra and another Altima. I have owned both a Sentra and an Altima in the past. My most recent car was a Nissan Altima. I recently purchased a used Camry from Germain Nissan to later find that the car came with summer tires on it. These were a nightmare in the snow and they offered to swap them out at no charge. They even came and picked my car up from my place of business and loaned me another car while they did the work. Fantastic customer service! I would definitely return to Germain Nissan in the future.

Good customer service from the sales person, Matt. Explain price difference in new and used cars; the advantage of customer with good credit. Friendliness from the people in general, and Matt in particular. Explained all the features of the vehicle to me, (one thing I didn't get from Toyota when I bought my new car from them). I will recommend the Dealership to anyone I know and when they go to ask for Matt.
