Quick and easy purchase. Matt gave great advice on which vehicle to purchase and hunted down the perfect one and always followed up with me.

The staff was very friendly and the product specialist did everything to help me out. He had the majority of the paperwork done before I got there so I didn't have to be there longer than necessary. I would definitely recommend this dealership!

Our salesman, Matt Wilhelm was awesome. Very helpful with helping us pick the car that was right for our family. The process was as easy as could be. Once we made the decision we were in and out of the dealership in no time. Kevin Needam, our finance guy was very nice and had us out of his office in under 20 minutes. I looked at several different brands and worked with other local dealerships before I visited German Nissan and by far Matt and the entire team at Germain were the friendliest and easiest to work with. Matt was super nice, no pressure, and gave me what I asked for....not what he wanted to sell me. He stayed in my price and was very straight forward with me about everything. The experience was actually so pleasant we went back 2 days later and bought my husband a car from Matt!!!

I went to Germain Nissan expecting just to look and drove out in a new Rogue. Matt Wilhelm was great to work with and made my husband and I feel very welcome and comfortable. Everyone at Germain Nissan was very courteous - customer service is fantastic. We were there a few hours and quite tired, but I am very happy with my new vehicle and our experience!

I was in for my oil change on my 2010 Cube and I saw the fully loaded 2013. Matt was friendly and knowledgeable & quick to fill me in on all of the upgrades in the newer model. I loved it and had my wife come in. He answered all of our questions and got all of the paperwork processed quickly for us. I traded in my 2010 and drove out with the upgraded beauty... Matt knew everything there was to know about the Altima I bought. He worked as hard as he could to get me the best deal possible for my trade in. Everyone else at the dealership made me feel as comfortable as can be when I was there. After I bought my car Matt and 2 other workers have called me to see how I like my car and if there was anything else I needed. I first did an internet inquiry on a Vehicle and less than 24 hours I received a call from Matt. I told him what type of car I was interested in and then we set up an appointment so I could look at cars on the lot. We was very friendly and knowledgeable of the cars.
