Customer service will hang up on you. After 10 minutes of struggling with the robo operator, the customer service rep hung up on me after one minute without resolving the issue or attempting to assist with the question. It's been 4 days without being able to receive faxes. I emailed support the same day I called. Support responded 7 days later. Very disappointing.

It works for the most part. The issue i have is being randomly placed in a conversation with random people after signing up. Techbychuck looked like an example company but it actually made that my company even though idk what that is. No way to change it either. Their faq shows an administration tab that isn't actually there in the app to change it. So I'm just stuck with it. No way to remove yourself from these random conversations either.

This app will change your status to unavailable every 15 minutes you don't send a message or make a call. It's a TERRIBLE feature. Unless you are making 4+ calls per hour, then you will basically always be seen as unavailable in the app. Oh... And the tech support for this company is TERRIBLE. They only have 2 solutions to everything : log out and log back in or reinstall the app. They don't know the features of their own app and they contradict their own support articles.

Find a different service. When you have an issue (and you will), you will call and talk to anyone anywhere in the world, and some barely speak English. More importantly, it's rare that you'll speak to someone who can actually help. Also, keep in mind that the majority of the people you speak to hate Americans, so good luck with that. It's been 3 months, and our phone system still doesn't work. I've been nothing but kind to these people. NO ONE CAN HELP BECAUSE NO ONE KNOWS HOW.

This app sucks on Android every time I get a call. It cuts off the data on the phone and can not connect unless on wifi, and they never do anything about it. Limited messages are another issue as you get charged after you reach your limit for texts. Be aware.

It was awesome untill the recent updates.now i closes by its own. Now it donot start meeting and givd error message "cant initiate video call,please try again.
