I must express my deep regret at the futile endeavor of employing your application as a means to initiate telephonic conversations. Moreover, I remain unequivocally impotent in establishing any semblance of communication, regardless of its geographical proximity or international reach, using the aforementioned platform. I engaged in a conversation with your esteemed senior advisor, only to be met with their perplexity and lack of undrstding regardng the root cause of this persistent predicament.

Calls constantly drop no matter if you're using cellular data or WiFi data How am I supposed to use a service that doesn't work

Every time I go to use the app I get a prompt telling me "its time to switch" because a newer version is available...I already have the newer version so why is the old version popping up? So annoying!

Doesn't work and they give out your number. App crashes when I try to use spam filter. I get 20+ calls a day and never know when it's for business. Do not recommend.

When a call comes the phone rings but there is no sound in my bluetooth headset, I can not pick ringcentral call from bluetooth headset. Pls fix this issue. Oh by the way my bluetooth headset works fine when receiving phone calls or using whatsApp.

Always says 'bad connection' on calls. Can't hear calls. Drops calls. Makes it difficult to work with clients & makes us look inept.
