It worked fine for a month. Now can't start meeting from mobile app and there is no video option in the desktop app. They had mailed some document which had to be filled and faxed. Who use fax in this era. If u can't provide services then do it advertise that free unlimited meeting for 100 users

I have been using this app for only internal communication with my employees and it was great in the past but now whenever i ask my new employees to sign up for this app as this app is free, they get an email saying that your account require attention, asking for billing address and if we don't fill up the form the account get blocked in a month. I have atleast created 4 accounts and each one of them received the same email and got blocked. Hence, i think switching to a new app is best for me.

It says there is no time limit for video chat and yet I am being kicked out every 50 minutes. It says the unlimited time is free, but now support tells me I need to upgrade my plan. I used to really like RingCentral but now I am just annoyed with them. Don't advertise free unlimited meetings with no time limits and then have support tell the customers something else.

Be aware of the potential nonsense. I have three phone numbers and they should be getting forwarded to a cell phone. They don't work. Nobody knows how to fix it and everybody I speak with can barely speak English. The setup process the sales, All that was fine but now the money part. This thing needs to work! They have not been able to help me. It's been inconsistent with the portal knowledge of the tech support group that seems to be all over the world. My advice would be don't do it.
