How could the review team alleviate my pain? Your response is cowardly, vague & horrendous: Frustration Beyond Imagination: A Nightmare with RingCentral's Phone Tree Review: I recently had the misfortune of dealing with RingCentral, and I can confidently say it was one of the most infuriating experiences I've ever had. From their abysmal phone tree to their shockingly unhelpful and unknowledgeable staff, RingCentral proved to be a company that excels in frustration and incompetence.

Too many glitches, RC, in your app and desktop versions. Especially trying to have meetings. Can't use video or it freezes and glitches.

Latest version screwed my set up so my app does not ring any more. I can make calls but not be reached via app. Previous worked better.

App was working fine but from last few days it makes screen blank and unresponsive if I am on call. Concern team please fix the issue as it really makes work difficult.

Garbage. Help is garbage. App is garbage. They just push you to sign up and then u are in lala land trying to figure out how to even text. Garbage+ trash. I'm not emailing. I spent 53 minutes on the phone with useless individuals pretending to be able to help me just to tell me "wait 24 hrs". Worthless "email us to fix your problem". U can't fix it over the phone, you'll "fix it over email".. 🤣🤣🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🙄🙄👎

I got a notification that this app is draining my battery. Also, it doesn't ring sometims. Yesterday, I did not know who called. I don't see the voicemail in the spp., but only on the email. Much work to be done
