Just switched to a Galaxy s23 Ultra from the Z fold 3. This hasn't worked correctly since the change. The app never rings when someone calls. Please fix!

This app is garbage. With a Samsung Galaxy S21+ 5G, it really only works with wifi. When making or receiving calls on mobile data, it will only eork for about two seconds, then the call will fail and the app will display that there's no signal, despite having full service on the phone. I spent hours on the phone with tech support 7 months ago to be told that it was a known issue that they were working on, and that turning on my phone's Hotspot was a work around. 7 months later and no fix. Trash.

SCAM! I get fax sounds when calling in, only way to fix it was to disable my fax service. There was a busy signal, when calling out, even when the recipient was not using the line. The app will not ring after checking all settings on phone & in app, and re-installing the app. CID does not work, rep says its the receiving carriers issue, but the receiving carrier shows everyone elses C.I.D. When I tried to cancel they kept hanging up on me and closing my chat for literally multiple hours non-stop

Callers cannot hear me at all on the mobile app for android. I couldn't find any troubleshooting so I deleted the app from my phone.

This app does not work off of Wi-Fi. It is almost impossible to have a phone call when I'm not on Wi-Fi and even when I am on Wi-Fi, there is still a slight delay.
