NO THE SEARCH DON'T WORK AT ALL, IN THIS CONVERSATION-NO RESULT So the message feature is very useful, we are a msp company, and we use internal messaging both on desktop and mobile apps, but why is there no option to search for things in the chat message? Like we were messaging about a ticket and after a while we were not able to search and find ticket we were talking about :( why can't there be a search/find option in the messages?

We are getting ALLOT of oir customers saying our phone number is showing up on caller id as spam or scam likely. Apparently this is a ringcentral wide issue. In fact, whenever they (ringcentral), call us it shows up on our caller id as spam likely. Ringcentral doesn't appear to be fixing the issue, this is obviously terrible for business, im exploring leaving ringcentral,have no choice if they wont fix it.

Piece of Garbage. I am a business owner and RC has been one of my worse decisions. Please be cautious. The app is trash and a huge waste of money. I have likely lost business due to this app.

Now, being used heavily by scamers, as part of fake interviews and job offers. Nearly got scammed as the scammer used AI to conduct a fake, text only, interview. Ring Central needs to be doing a lot more to prevent AI chat bots from taking over the app and using the app as part of fake interviews. RC should be using some kind of human verification or at least warn users/ signal to users on the platform when a user is an AI bot. Was able to confidentiality spot the scam after job offer was made

New version you have to 1. Dial a number 2. The app calls you 3. You have to answer 4. Then it makes the call. Previous versions didn't need all these annoying steps. Also now my personal phone call log is filled with all the calls made for work on this app. I don't frigging need that on my personal phone, there's already a log of work calls made ON THE APP!. My work doesn't own or pay for my phone but this app sure makes it feel like they do. Corp control of our lives keeps expanding! STOP

When using Android Auto, calls disconnect after a few seconds. The app is trying to use the Android Auto Wi-Fi connection. The inconvenience is having to turn off Wi-Fi each time before answering or placing a call.
