Worst phone company to work with. If you have a problem they never give you a direct answer saying they will get back to you in 24-48 hours but never do. So you call again and they say the same thing or just hang up.
Won't use correct tone!! I selected the ring tone I wanted to use and it still uses my phone main tone!!!

The ability to send text messages was lost without notice. My firm has been waiting 2+ months for this to be restored. Customer service will not explain why the texting ability was lost and will not provide a timeline for when it will be restored.
All VoIP Providers are the same. Convoluted admin portals, terrible support, even worse service
App keeps dropping in and out. Even with a fast wifi connection. When I call from my cell it will not allow me, at times, to put on speaker. Starting to get really annoying
Overall terrible experience. Falsely sold sms as a feature. Phone only occasionally rings when people call the business. Call quality is good.
App doesn't 'Ring' when call is incoming, if it updates app will do nowt until you click through the update/what's new screenshots. I am frequently missing calls, which is the whole point of the app being on my mobile. My phone will vibrate once the caller has hung up. Immensely frustrating and a huge step back, also been going on a long time. I have to force stop, clear cache, the app will work for that day only. Pixel 5.
