Your new layout means I have to click more times just to get to my voicemail. Luckily we are replacing RC with something better

This app functions poorly and constatly crashes. App crashes when I try to use spam filter. I get 20+ calls a day and never know when it's for business. Do not recommend. The directions put in place to solve these issues do not exist. Infuriating.

Simply wow! Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time, I am speechless. So bad, I canceled the subscription in the first month. The support team is very unknowledgeable of their system. Edit, now my business phone number is experiencing issues with texting that nobody seems to be able to fix. Good job, RingCentral. To anyone reading this, be aware that port in and out numbers can create a lot of unfixable issues. Stay away. Edit: I have tried to reach out but no reply....

I must express my deep regret at the futile endeavor of employing your application as a means to initiate telephonic conversations. Moreover, I remain unequivocally impotent in establishing any semblance of communication, regardless of its geographical proximity or international reach, using the aforementioned platform. I engaged in a conversation with your esteemed senior advisor, only to be met with their perplexity and lack of undrstding regardng the root cause of this persistent predicament.

Calls constantly drop no matter if you're using cellular data or WiFi data How am I supposed to use a service that doesn't work

Every time I go to use the app I get a prompt telling me "its time to switch" because a newer version is available...I already have the newer version so why is the old version popping up? So annoying!
