Not functional as a business phone. They clearly haven't invested enough development hours into this. Basic things haven't been worked out, like a phone call coming in on your Verizon number completely interrupts the phone call you're in the middle of via your ringcentral app. Calls drop all the time. Forget about trying to merge or transfer. Just not robust.

Full 5g service and still can't connect

Their service is unable to send calls to an external phone number, works to answer in the app.
It be a lot better if it was as good for galaxy as it is for iPhone, don't know if the calls coming from someone dialing me or the lot, my coworkers it pops up as "ring central caller"

DO NOT USE RINGCENTRAL, THEY ARE SCAMMY! They are super sneaky with their contracts -- they put us on a 1 year plan, and then every number we added in the future, they snuck is into binding contracts -- they are now charging us $500 per month and if we want to get rid of lines we haven't used in forever, they will charge us like $1000+ to get rid of those lines. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM -- USE JUSTCALL OR ANOTHER COMPETITOR -- THESE GUYS ARE NOT HONEST AND A MANAGER REFUSES TO SPEAK TO US

Cant handle some 5guw or 4g service. Reception has to be perfect

It doesn't say so in the description, but after you download and go into it it says it's for mobile phones and tablets only. Not laptops. This is odd and I need it for my laptop.
