I have tried over and over to figure out if there is a plan that will not delete your SMS messages once they exceed 5000, but NO ONE and I mean no one can answer me. Sales switches me to support. Support does nothing. My account "rep" doesn't return emails. My question is simple: "Is there a RingCentral plan that will allow us to have more than 5000 SMS messages on the server?" Please help

I have never had a worse customer experience, with no reply whatsoever to my last help desk assistance request. This is a business phone line, and we have lost revenue as a result. I am going through the painful process of changing phone services as a result. Do NOT expect good service with this company.

Can't use Bluetooth audio for video calls. Mic doesn't even work without Bluetooth connected at times. This is on a Pixel 7 Pro. No issues with phone otherwise so it's gotta be the app

This is really very unpleasant. I have been trying to purchase the service since Friday, and both the customer service executives on chat and the sales reps have been very rude to me. It seems like they don't want me to use the app. I work for an American company from Venezuela and I need a VoIp to be able to communicate with them and they have blocked me everywhere, or never send me the link to pay. They are from the Philippines but this has to be a ring central policy.

RingCentral won't leave me alone; customer service is relentless yet unresponsive. Specifically, they will call, text, and email asking to help me setup my service (already done), but when I reply to the emails and texts asking not to be contacted again, NOBODY responds, and inevitably, the cycle repeats with more calls, texts, and emails. Once I was called before 8am!

They may have a great product, but their cuatomer service is horrible, shipped me phones with no power cords, had call 4 different times, spent 20-40 mins each time on hold. All they have are excuses and no solutions, no accoutability whatsoever.....plenty of other voip systems out there with the exact same feature and no rude customer service reps who don't have a clue or a care about your needs as a customer!!
