"Reception" drops EVERY call and I am not able to even answer clients snd missing a lot of money! I signed up thinking this would remove stress from my life as a business owner and I regret using this service. Don't waste your time or money, literally.

App only works 90% if using a iPhone if you use an Android phone you only get about 30 to 40% of your phone calls I've been with RingCentral for about five years now and this is an ongoing problem when you call the ACT confused just fix the problem! And the problem is that when you answer a phone call the signal will go in and out and the other party cannot hear you. You will also get an x on the signal from the apps service bar not from my cellular service but the app itself has his own signal

Trying to cancel service. They report I signed a Contract in April of 2022 for 24 months, but I did not sign a contract. I cannot locate a contract or docusign in April 2022 per their Statement....and THEY cannot locate the Contract either. So frustrating!

This app is struggling connecting to my Bluetooth when I get into a meeting it says it is on Bluetooth but the audio is coming out of my phones ear piece. I have reinstalled the app but still have the same issue. Makes meeting in the car difficult to have. Don't have a car with Android auto not sure how this applies

Works... sometimes. Some times calls won't come through the mobile app but come through fine on my PC so I have to switch. There's no properly functional options for the notification for an incoming call. There no functional options for Bluetooth, so if you use a Bluetooth speaker for music while you work, you don't anymore. Every update makes it worse, slowing it down and adding more steps. Poorly designed considering it's this companies only focus. Overall, trash app and they don't listen.

Constant chages make the system difficult to deal with It doesn't help that support is done in Nicaragua and the support people DO NOT understand English well and are using translator programs to figure out what is being said to them. They don't even understand the system much less be able to support it. Typically it takes 3 phone calls to get the correct answer from the. Then there is the TCR registration for texting which is an additional hidden fee and requires us to opt texters in and out.
