RC is one of the most expensive voip options while there are cheaper alternatives that do the job much better. Additionally, my entire team can't connect on calls without a wifi connection and we are in NYC. Ive troubleshooted to no avail and I just started using personal phone for work as I cant connect. I advise using telebroad instead.

Outrageously poor service - business owner w/ 17+ people; paying for 2 months w/ no service! Have messaged our sales & dedicted support reps weekly w/ very few responses & certainly no help. Twice submitted our TCR registration to carrier to 'allow' SMS function. Called today to ask why it was rejected twice despite accurate info entered; was hung up on 3+ times w/ no good answers, and then told I needed to re-submit regis. for the 3rd time, wait 20 -more- days pay $5 fee for the opportunity :(

I have tried to install ringcentral app many times on my phone using goggle play store but it didn't install.

Drops calls frequently. On a gigabit high speed internet connection, this thing still can't maintain a call for longer than 3 to 4 minutes. Moving over to the computer can use RingCentral just fine on the same internet connection.

No human help. Work texting not working for almost a week and no human contact. This is for many people. Help chat is only a computer. They collect my money and keep charging more and more, and I get less and less. When texts are working, they charge me for each text. Painful.

Texts to clients no longer working.
I use this app for work and right now it's not working. First time having an issue in a Monday morning. This sucks.
