Sign in to app = blank white screen. Sign in on the web via phone browser = blank white screen. Sign in via PC browser = blank white screen. 1 app, 1 phone browser, 1 pc browser, two different devices. Same issue.

The app itself works well, and there are no sound quality issues. However, it's barely functional as I have to have it constantly open on my phone screen or else it won't ring my phone! If the app is closed, I get no call notifications. If I have Facebook open, no notifications. Even if my phone just goes to sleep and the app is open in the background, I miss calls due to no notifications. EXTREMELY bad for my business and very frustrating

Calls frequently don't even ring. I have contacted support several times and all they tell me to do is to reinstall the app. Update, tried reaching out to the contact info below and they never responded. Continue to have issues

Constantly bad lag in connection on phone line. Convoluted interface and poor user experience

Sign in button is not working when we press sign in button the page don't load ... Why this app is not working ... Showing me a white page blank no sign in email or password very disappointing....

Not functional as a business phone. They clearly haven't invested enough development hours into this. Basic things haven't been worked out, like a phone call coming in on your Verizon number completely interrupts the phone call you're in the middle of via your ringcentral app. Calls drop all the time. Forget about trying to merge or transfer. Just not robust.
