App doesn't 'Ring' when call is incoming, if it updates app will do nowt until you click through the update/what's new screenshots. I am frequently missing calls, which is the whole point of the app being on my mobile. My phone will vibrate once the caller has hung up. Immensely frustrating and a huge step back, also been going on a long time. I have to force stop, clear cache, the app will work for that day only. Pixel 5. Reply to RingCentral: it's not ring order

I got 2 lines for my business, I registered for the sms TCR. (My business can't function without sms) they told up to 20 days, after 20 days I call they said it's not approved and they were very unhelpful. I decided to get service with other operator and when I call to cancel they offer me all the help and discounts, waste of time.

Very bad customer service, bait and switch. You will not find out that you have a contract until you want to cancel service

When I'm on a call the screen flashes continuously making it impossible to conference. It's on a Google pixel 6 and I can't locate any fixes for this.

Terrible. I get notifications and I do not hear the phone ring. I used to get all of these but I no longer get text messages emails or phone calls without going in and checking throughout the day
