Multiple strangers are randomly calling my 800 number for all source of reasons not pertaining to my Business line. People calling for Family members, how to buy a pillow etc. I want to know who this 800 is registered too because I'm paying for a service.

this app is so bad I have ever seen 😕 because I can't install this app when I downloaded it and I tried may times to install it . My phone at Android version is 10 . But I can't install it anyways . That I deleted many apps and I search on 9app for install this but I didn't see this app name on other install applications 🤷😌

Awful connectivity issues, services go down on a semi-regular basis. I was okay dealing with the problems until the app started spamming me to review the app. Here I am then, reviewing it. Fix the issues, disable this review pop-up forever. Trash.

Even when I have the app notifications turned off my phone will still vibrate for incoming calls. But there is no actual call that comes through, it will just vibrate continuously. And its very frustrating for this to happen when I'm not in the office and would like peace and quiet at home. So I had to unistall the app so I can actually get some peace and quiet. Maybe fix this so people are still able to work off their phone but not get annoyed after business hours?!?!

The application needs to mirror what is on your desktop extension. It doesn't sync with the application and you are not able to change it to inactive so you don't leave messages.
