My therapist uses this for our sessions and today it was trying to get me to download ring central video but I'd click on it and it would just take me to what I have already downloaded. Make this easier to get on to.

This way, you will not have to download the app. If you have the app downloaded, after you log in you will be automatically directed to the meeting after clicking the link. I have worked on RC 8+ hours a day since 3/2020. Every once in while there would be a hiccup, and that was fine. However the last couple weeks are horrible. Constantly getting prompt to switch to this device. If i open another app, callers can no longer hear me, but i still hear them(that was never an issue before). Now i can ONLY have RC on my screen while conducting business calls. It's terrible. I downloaded the update that was supposed to fix the bugs, but it doesn't help
