Been trying on & off for MONTHS to get this app downloaded onto my Amazon Fire android table. Only need it for one monthly meeting, used android phone dial-in to date. All my devices android - issue seems Google vs Android apps not compatible! Took 2hrs following steps to get Google/Google Play installed, (didnt work from Amazon either!) Was my last attempt, looks - YIPEE, as if downloaded. Not tried app yet - will review... If its works (on my Amazon Fire)

They replaced our landlines at work with this. Catching phone calls is extremely important when you're in commission only sales! My phone only rings every once in awhile or if someone dials my direct extension! When it does ring it's the last to ring out of 6 salesmen.They're supposed to ring simultaneously, but one guys phone rings first every time and that's b.s. on the highest level!! Nobody can hear or understand me on it. I hate this app and all apps like it. We need our landlines back!

Added it twice to my new Nord 200 cell phone. If I make or receive a call on the ring app, screen goes black and I can't pull it up again until the person I'm talking to hangs up.

Constant network instability when on a call it goes dead for about 5 to 10 seconds numerous times. Doesn't matter if I'm 2ft from the router or on 4G LTE. It's brutal, avoid RC if you can. My network and Verizon's network are more than sufficient to handle voip. Update: got a new 5g phone and guess what? Same issues. But I'm sure it's my device or network and not RC being garbage.

I have been a client of RingCentral since 2012, but has taken over 3 years trying to cancel their contract. I would not recommend any small business to use RingCentral due to their fraudulent cancelation polices.
