The ring volume is so low now you can't hear it. Worked fine yesterday morning and then by afternoon something changed. Not sure if it was an update. No way to adjust ring volume in app. All volume settings on phone are maxed and regular phone rings fine. When selecting a ringtone in app, the sound plays fine, but when you actually get a call the volume is inaudible. Please fix or roll back last update. I've missed several calls now. The links you have provided to others does nothing to fix this issue.

RingCentral no longer rings my phone it just vibrates it on an incoming call. I have removed the app and reinstalled it, and it does the same thing. I have other apps on there that ring my phone just fine. This new update did something and now it's just in vibrate mode which is intensely annoying, I followed your suggestion and yes, there is a ringing sound, but barely audible. All my volume controls are set well above half. My cellphone number rings just fine.

After the latest update all of a sudden the ring tone volume receiving a call is barely Audible even though when you pick it in settings it works fine.

Trash app, doesn't recognize my activities from pc to mobile, no messages saved, group created from my pc. Trash code verification, doesn't work and doesn't recognize the codes they are sending to the email I use and where they are sending those useless codes. Poor device recognition. Not really something I would recommend. I thought this would be awesome or least user friendly, easy to use app since it has it's big names on it, ZOOM? RING CENTRAL? idk now. Also a lot of negative reviews. sad

This is the most annoying app I have ever used for video counseling. It messed up my whole interview process because it's so complicated. I could see my interviewer he could see me I could hear him but he couldn't hear me. We spent 40 minutes trying to get it to work. Absolutely waste of
