This app has connectivity issues with inbound and outbound calls. I’ve switched from Wi-fi or mobile data to Wi-fi or carrier minutes and the issues continue. It’s very burdensome to constantly miss pieces of a conversation and constantly need to repeat or ask them to do so. I've reached out to the Ring central multiple times but no response.

Does not work on tatest version of Android. Works fine on Apple but is totally worthless on Android. What kind of company doesn't keep up with phone updates that companies pay money for.

Nothing in the settings seems to fix the constant sound of being muffled or on speakerphone when using the mobile app to make calls. Several of my coworkers all have the same problem, and it seems that there is no fix for this except to just not use the mobile app.

App is somewhat kludgy, & many things done thru the app are more straightforward and efficient just hitting a few buttons on the physical phone: transferring a call, for example. Just because you have the app doesn't always mean it is the best tool for the job at hand.

I'm having issues with the calling. The other person is unable to hear my voice. All the other calling apps are working perfectly alright except Ring Central. I'm able to hear the voice loud and clear

This app used to work great, but within the last few days, my calls keep dropping. This is making it extremely hard to do my job seeing as how I can barely get past giving my name.

No one can call u , no one can assist you people online 4 people couldn't help me, no person just stopped messaging back. This is for a business. If I'm having phone problems, customers are calling i lose business. I don't make money. Clearly I'm one customer, so it doesn't matter much. Screen shoot and post to other people
