The VOIP call quality and consistency is quite poor - probably not a long-term solution for larger businesses.

Upgraded to paid account because I liked the service. Within 2 days was charged for 4,000 calling minutes (2 $25.00 increments of 2,000) with no warning, the second package charged within an hour of the first and showed 1,600 minutes of usage within first 40 minutes. I have been fighting RC for a refund for 3 months now, no one can tell me what the usage came from but will tell me they do not have authority to refund the charge. Constant network instability when on a call it goes dead for about 5 to 10 seconds numerous times. Doesn't matter if I'm 2ft from the router or on 4G LTE. It's brutal, avoid RC if you can. My network and Verizon's network are more than sufficient to handle voip.

I used to be able to create the contact on ring central I had an option to chose my contacts or ring central now it wants to connect to my Google acct. I don't want these contacts on my personal contacts! How do we fix this? Stephanie I tried that but they are still showing up on my personal contacts it worked with micro soft but not Google it showed up my personal email im not happy

Assings passwords to bedio calls even you tell it not to.. Phone app updated but it keeps telling to open the new version when I do it still gives me the message. There is no update option in the setting, about section.

The service is Not worth the expense. When you cancel they refuse to refund any part of the sizable yearly fee!
