Worst app ever for small mobile business. RC Phone worked excellent for my type of business and now I'm forced to use this extremely not user-friendly junk app. I DON'T WANT OR NEED GLIP OR MEETINGS. I'll never understand a company that forces a paying customer to use something they don't need and take away something that works great. Ringcentral is ONLY interested in bigger businesses obviously and could care less about the small business owner.

Outgoing call aren't updating. Not showing in call log, so each time you have to type and dial the whole no. Again.

I am one of Ringcentrals original customers (had a 4 digit pin old) and can honestly say...Service has gone WAY downhill. Products are glitchy at best, Customer Service couldnt care less, and prices keep going up...giving us less for more. The Greed of those running the company knows no bounds. They want your money and whether or not you get what you paid for is none of their concern. I will be leaving the service soon. Its THAT dissappointing.

I was getting multiple calls from the police at different times about a prior business that had the same number that was just given to me. They recycle numbers next day instead of keeping them offline for a period of time. This is a bad look for a new business. Take accountability and reach out to me. Every time my dr. Trying to use this I tell them ifmd just do it over a call. In short tha app is a complete dumpster fire that some homeless guy lit and forgot about it.
