Been with Ring Central for 16 years. This new version is bs. Ultra complicated to send/receive text. Text history missing! Lot of legal data gone. Still cannot print text. B! S! I have been a PSE in banking for 40 years. Upon further review, it gets worse. Texts are not on the message icon. Text mess show up on the phone icon. Then you have to slide to Text between Voicemail and Fax, then scroll down to someone with a bland notification and open it. This new R/C app is a public safety nuisance.

New app is useless! Cannot make calls. No remedy of this issue after several requests from RingCentral! Your "auto reply" to reviews doesn't offer solutions. Thank you for recent improvements.

I used to use Ringcentral to send and receive FAXES. Now with this update I can not send fax!!!!! Who the F... asked you for this stupid update?!?!?!

After update all my contacts are deleted. ALSO WHEN USERS SEND REQUESTS, RECEIVED A "USER IS BEEN DELETED OR NOT FOUND."

Disconection is over the phone only. Be ready that ull try call them weeks and be on hold for hours and still unable to get rid of them. The only option is to change ur card info, so they will not be able to charge u anymore.

The app has to be on top and the phone backlight on for the voice to transmit. During calls the app must remain the top app open. If I use my phone to do anything else while on a call, my caller loses the ability to hear me. I can hear them however. Also, if the screen cuts off during the call, same result.

It worked well for more than two years on my phone but from last couple of months it started crashing on my android. After uninstalling it, i am no longer able to install it back. It fails to install on my phone and there is no simple way to get help from support. As a workaround, i run it via browser which sucks
