The app does not include an option to make calls. I have an android and do not have the call feature. I left a negative review and the developers asked me to email them but did not include where to email. The email in the description is no longer active. What a waste

Horrible! Do not use ringcentral. Theyve cost my business iver $500k in revenue! Plus the worst people to deal. I was told by customer service that my clients are liars when they said their calls couldnt connect and they called me a liar when it didnt work either. What a terrible company! I will work hard to make sure this companynis shut down! NEVER USE!

When I get a call on the app, I can't hear the person calling me until like 10 secs later. They can hear me though. Sometimes, by then they have hung up.

I have worst experience to use this app. And The have hired best unprofessional technical staff they keep u on help line for 2 hours and no resolution.

Bluetooth with working. I replaced the phone and still have the same problem. Software, not hardware issue. Makes this app worthless if I cannot take a call in my car or with my headset.
