Not all business owners are interested in the features. I can NOT even get to my faxes!! Perhaps it is time to move on.

Toyin, we're sorry you're having trouble w/ the new app. If you click on "Call" at the bottom of the app, you'll find 4 options at the top - Fax is the 4th option. If you're having trouble beyond navigating the app, please reach out to Support & they can work w/ you to troubleshoot. Stick w/ us, we're always trying to improve

Horrible! I loved my RingCentral app I had for years where I could fax from my cell phone, receive faxes and open documents. Out of no where they combined a bunch of other things I cant use and dont need. I don't use the facts for work I don't have groups of people or employees. I just wanted to facts from my cell phone and that's why I paid a monthly fee to this Company. Tried to contact customer support But can never get past the robo support that puts me on hold for a live representative

If I could give a zero I would. Worst service ever and I've been trying to resolve issues for 6 months with not receiving calls and their response was "we tried to call and there was no answer" I've told you exactly that I'm not receiving calls. Why would you call that number.? I cant even change my plan. I'm told I'm stuck in a contract for another 6 months. Worst company! I will be cancelling and never wasting my breath on RingCentral again.

Disappointed that AGAIN you are removing legacy pricing. Porting my number out to iPlum. Companies like mine do not need to pay a premium for features we will never use. Your cost is now higher than my local telecom and double what other VOIP basic business services charge.

Cant seem to do what I used to do with my scanner....too difficult to use now as I have way more steps to fax a doc...sucks now...I have had it for years and loved it. Not so much now.

If you port a number to Ring Central, they will do everything possible to prevent you from porting it out to another phone company. I've been a customer for 10 years but it no longer meets my needs and they are denying every request from Verizon to port the number to a cell phone. Avoid this unethical company.

The cell phone app does not work well. We experience dropped calls frequently, it does not allow for three-way calling, and does not work consistently with bluetooth headsets. Experience has been very disappointing. To respond to the RingCentral responce; we have had many calls with tech support without any improvement. The new release has seen some improvement, but, has other issues that we have also been trying to resolve. Our experiences with RingCentral have been difficult at best.

Continously Fails to meet basic expectations! Customer Service is completely useless.

Last update prevents use of the app. I can't make outgoing calls, I can't tell who sent a text message. I'm getting tired of RC failing to meet the bare minimum
