Ok app but it's a bit complicated and interface isn't intuitive. I couldn't easily find how to turn off forwarding to my cell phone while I was in the office. Took a while to find how to set up my conference line to not require a moderator. App does a lot but it's hard to figure out how to do simple things if you don't need or want that

Support is absent. They do not contact about issues. will not refer to clients. will start looking for other providers

Hi Jason, we're disappointed to hear that you've been having issues with Support. Please email us at community.support@ringcentral.com w/details about what's going on with the app and your RC account info. We'll have our Executive Response Team take a look!
update: slightly better Bluetooth performance, but meetings still drop constantly, the app can't open meeting links so you must copy and paste the meeting ID, and you cannot copy/paste a phone number into the dialer, which is just irritating. Bluetooth does not work, making this app limited in usefulness as a business phone. Still can not do group texts. Try Google Voice, it's free and does both of these things.
No reason for this app if you're already using the old app. Text messages don't pull through from the old app, no group texting still, and text messages are nowhere to be found. someone said they're in the Glip tab, how inconvenient is that??? Had to uninstall this one, useless for me.
unusable with galaxy S10 as proximity sensor doesn't tun off screen.
No fax??? You're kidding me. The website isn't mobile friendly and every page begs subscribers to DL this "unified communications app". Ha! Unified? Umm, no. Useless for fax only subscribers? Yes. Is there a stand-alone fax app? Nope. Major fail RC, major fail :-(
This version doesn't even allow you to pull up phone contacts so how can you call via mobile without manually typing the number? Going back to the old app.

Hey Nickay, can you please contact our Support Team so we can investigate? Thanks! http://ringcentr.al/support
unable to get incoming calls on mobile app with deaktop ringing only. multiple cases open and it's been almost 3 weeks with no solution. being that we are mobile 90% of time, business has been affected. Edit: sent email to executive team as requested. Followed up with account manager, got more run around. passed to a level 1 tech instead of supervisor who made things worst but discover another issue with call groups mot working...told to wait 48 hrs for new issue but no update on original.
Business response:
Hi Damian, we received your email and will be following up on your case :)
Unable to "schedule" future meetings or invite attendees within app. Uninstalled app. As system administrator, I will not allow our corporate users to install this app otherwise our help desk calls would become insane. I will not call or respond by email to your automated response.
Business response:
Hi Paul, we're sorry to hear that! Please email us at rcmobilefeedback@ringcentral.com with more details so we can take a look and see what's going on.
